I need Help with My Google Adsense Approval After Several Rejections

January 30, 2026 -- views • -- viewers

I have made some changes and I am planning to resubmit my website for Google AdSense approval after many rejections

Website URL: https://www.thenationjob.com.ng

Before I apply, I would appreciate feedback from experienced members on whether the site is AdSense-ready, particularly regarding:

  • Content quality and originality

  • Site structure and navigation

  • Required pages (About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, etc.)

  • Page speed, mobile friendliness, and overall user experience

  • Any AdSense policy or technical issues that may lead to rejection

Please let me know if any improvements are required before submission.

Took a proper look at your site. You've got decent foundations here — clear niche, original editorial voice on the job listings, regular publishing cadence. But there are some things that'll get you rejected again if you don't fix them first.

The stuff that'll kill your application:

  1. Your Privacy Policy contradicts itself. You say "we do not share data with third parties" but then describe Google's ad network collecting data via cookies. AdSense reviewers catch this immediately. Pick a lane... rewrite it to clearly state that advertising partners (including Google) collect data for personalized ads.

  2. Truncated articles. At least one of your career guides cuts off mid-sentence. If Googlebot hits an incomplete page, that's "low-value content" and instant rejection. Go through every single article and make sure nothing's half-finished.

  3. Your sitemap is missing your policy pages. About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer... none of these are in your sitemap.xml. Google might not crawl them efficiently, which means they might as well not exist during review.

  4. The Career Guides Resources page is basically empty. It relies on JavaScript to populate. If Googlebot renders it with JS disabled (which it sometimes does), it sees a skeleton page. Add static fallback content.

Should fix but won't necessarily tank you:

  • Terms & Conditions needs ad disclosure language and liability limitations

  • No physical address on Contact page (not required but adds legitimacy)

  • Some articles read a bit templated... throw in more personal takes or local data to differentiate

What you're doing right:

  • Job listings aren't just scraped garbage... you've got original intros, career insights, scam warnings. That's exactly what AdSense wants to see

  • All required pages exist and are linked in footer

  • Mobile responsive, clean UI, proper navigation structure

  • Schema markup, GA4, cookie consent all present

My recommendation: Fix the Privacy Policy contradiction and the truncated content first: those are your rejection triggers. Add your policy pages to the sitemap. Then wait 2-3 weeks for Google to recrawl before resubmitting.

You're close. Just need to clean up the details.
