Repeated Google AdSense Rejection for Boh Valley Blog

January 24, 2026 -- views • -- viewers

I have applied for Google AdSense several times for my blog, https://bohvalley.blogspot.com, but my application has been rejected each time. Despite maintaining original content and updating the site, approval has not yet been granted. I am seeking guidance on the issues affecting my application and the improvements required to meet AdSense policies. My goal is to enhance content quality, user experience, and compliance with all guidelines, including essential pages, site navigation, and policy transparency. I am committed to making the necessary changes and building a trustworthy, high-quality platform that provides real value to visitors and meets all platform standards.

So I went through your whole blog, bohvalley.blogspot.com and honestly? It's not bad. Like you've clearly put work into this. But there are some things that are probably getting you rejected that... man, you could've caught these yourself lol.

But hey, glad you asked. Let me break it down.

The Good Stuff (you're not starting from zero)

  • You got all the essential pages - About Us, Privacy Policy, Contact, Disclaimer, Terms. That's solid.

  • Niche is clear - Himachal Pradesh travel, Boh Valley focus. Google likes that.

  • You got like 50+ articles which is decent

  • The photos look original (if they're yours, that's a big plus)

  • Privacy Policy actually mentions AdSense properly

So you're not completely lost here. But...

Bro. These are probably why you keep getting rejected:

1. Your social links are FAKE

Like c'mon man. You got social icons pointing to:

  • https://x.com/ - that's literally just Twitter's homepage

  • https://www.instagram.com/ - Instagram's homepage

  • https://youtube.com/ - YouTube's homepage

  • https://telegram.me/ - same thing

Google's reviewers aren't stupid. They click these. They see it goes nowhere. Instant red flag. Either link to REAL profiles or just DELETE these icons entirely. Don't fake it.

2. Your template is broken in places

I saw these placeholder texts just... sitting there:

  • "4/sidebar/Boh Valley"

  • "4/footer/recent"

  • "4/comments/show"

  • "block2/Dharmshala Himachal Pradesh"

These are widget codes that aren't rendering properly. Fix your Blogger template. This looks unfinished and unprofessional.

3. Some articles are probably too thin

For travel blogs, Google wants MEATY content. We're talking 1,500-2,000+ words minimum. Not just "this place is beautiful, go visit" type stuff. They want:

  • How to actually get there

  • What it costs

  • Where to stay

  • What to eat

  • When to go

  • Detailed itineraries

If your articles are just 300-500 words with some pics, that's "low-value content" in Google's eyes.

4. Who even ARE you?

There's no real author presence. Google cares about E-E-A-T now (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust). You're writing about Boh Valley... cool, but WHY should anyone trust you?

Add a proper author bio. Your photo. Your story. Why you know this area. Make it personal.

5. No cookie consent banner

You mention cookies in your Privacy Policy but I didn't see an actual consent popup/banner. That's a compliance issue.

What you gotta do (in order):

  1. Fix or remove those fake social links - Do this TODAY. It takes 2 minutes.

  2. Fix the broken widgets - Check your Blogger template, something's not loading right

  3. Beef up your top 10-15 articles - Make them comprehensive guides, not just blog posts. Add:

    • How to reach (buses, trains, exact routes)

    • Costs breakdown

    • Best time to visit

    • Where to stay (actual recommendations)

    • Food spots

    • Nearby attractions

    • FAQs section

  4. Add a real author page - Put yourself out there. Photo, background, why you write about this region

  5. Add a cookie consent banner - Plenty of free widgets for Blogger

  6. Wait like 2-3 weeks after fixing everything, THEN reapply

Real talk

Your site isn't trash. It's actually got potential. The niche is good, the content direction is right, you've done the basics. But Google AdSense reviewers see THOUSANDS of applications. The small stuff - fake social links, broken widgets, thin content - that's what gets you auto-rejected.

Fix these things, give it a few weeks to let Google re-crawl your site, and try again. You'll probably get in.

And next time maybe double-check these things before applying 5 times lol. But fr, good luck blud. You got this.

PS: If you want me to look at any specific article and tell you how to improve it, just ask.
