My blogger domain is not opening the linked blogger website and saying “This site can’t be reached”. I don’t know why? Can somebody help me with this?
This is because you haven't link your website correctly in blogger, share your screenshot of your domain in blogger. Share the screenshot in your PC?
I also think that you haven't propagated the domain correctly.

You need to write www.ukhana.in to get into your site. You have issues with DNS settings. You just need to DNS Forward the root domain to the www subdomain.
