I didn’t understand the concept “these categories are also inside tech”, your website contains a lot of multiple categories (WordPress, making money, Linux). AdSense change some basics including new content or new original content (value)
there are a thousand blogs longer, SEO, traffic (backlinks), old (6 months). try to ask them by yourself (same answers)
new sites have no value.
