Thanks for replying dude but Adsense doesn't approve tools website and about forums: THIS FORUM was developed recently after adsense approval and the academical forums contains few copied content so I didn't added that subdomain to my approval request.

Yes, you're some point of view. Writing about mobile tech is overrated and adsense delays approval for those website. But if you can gain nice user engagement, adsense approval is yours.

I didn't understand the concept "these categories are also inside tech", your website contains a lot of multiple categories (WordPress, making money, Linux). AdSense change some basics including new content or new original content (value)
there are a thousand blogs longer, SEO, traffic (backlinks), old (6 months). try to ask them by yourself (same answers)
new sites have no value.
