Verifying domain ownership via DNS record - delay issue

I am trying to verify domain ownership via DNS record in Google Search Console but it is really taking a lot of time. The domain xoomato.com is redirected to forum.webmatrices.com and I wanna verify the ownership of xoomato.com. I’ve added the TXT record two hourse ago. Can I know how much time will it take?

bishwasbh It takes time to propagate the domain into the TXT record you’ve submitted. It may take 1 to 24 hours to be propagated. Your method is super correct. Don’t worry and wait. It’ll be propgated.
After being propagated, you can go to your Google Search Console account and hit the verify button.
