I try to update composer but

rename(/opt/cpanel/composer/bin/composer): failed to open stream: Permission denied

Gate1997 Brother, you can update composer without permissions, you need the sudo permission to do this. You can ask your hosting provider to give you access to Administrative permissions.

can you help me with

- wiwatsrt/flarum-ext-best-answer v0.2.4 requires fof/console 0.5 -> satisfiable by fof/console[0.5, 0.5.1, 0.5.2, 0.5.3].
- Root composer.json requires wiwatsrt/flarum-ext-best-answer 0.2.4 -> satisfiable by wiwatsrt/flarum-ext-best-answer[v0.2.4].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
