As biswash has already mentioned too, Try creating a new page with title and content starting with your required url parameters.
For example “about us” at the top of the content place as well as title of the page. Later on, once the url/new page starts showing in the website i.e https://website.com/about-us.html change the content with the once you want.
The thing you might have been facing is blogger added an index number at the last of title like . about_1 , about_2 everytime you update your page.
Creating a new page and migrating the content from old ones to new might solve the problem.
