Touch-pad problem in windows 10

Cursor is not working at all . How can i enable it ?

Only external mouse works but Touchpad doesn't ! How can we make it work ?

Is the condition of your touch-pad hardware good? Perhaps there's issue in the actual "hardware" of "Touchpad".

You need to update your driver. Go to WINDOWS button, search for Device Manager.

WINDOWS > DEVICE MANAGER

Under Mice and other pointing devices, select your touchpad, open it, select the Driver tab, and select Update Driver.

Also, perhaps you have disabled you touchpad from setting. Pressing F6 can disable your touchpad. Kindly re-press F6 to enable it again.
